Individual Psychotherapy

The more you love your decisions, the less you need other's to love them. Whether you are seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, overcoming a major life transition or seeking perspective on a relationship, I will help you love your own decisions.

I follow a Narrative Treatment Model, but lean towards an eclectic combination of modalities. I enjoy using the Relational Life Therapy (RLT Model by Terry Real.) Though I appreciate interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I am not of the mindset that one theory fits all. My individual therapy is client centered & tailored to fit both you & our relationship. I welcome feedback as I view all therapy as a collaborative process.
